The staff greeted me warmly on arrival. A lovely selection of confectionery awaited me in my room. It was a nice surprise. I enjoyed a bicycle one day. I was able to cycle along the river to watch my granddaughter have rowing coaching.

The room I was in had air conditioning that wasn't working. There was also a super hot towel rail. I told reception, and they assured me maintenance would check. I heard nothing more and returned to a very hot room.

I appreciated how central the location was. I found a beautiful, large room that offered a great shower. There were lots of towels available. a bathrobe.

I found the air conditioning wasn't working properly. My room got hot during the night.

I found parking very accessible. The room came equipped with a smart TV. The breakfast service from Jeff was excellent. He remembered my order each morning. He is such a friendly person.

The lobby bathrooms lacked regular checks. Some cubicles were out of order, and supplies needed restocking.

the check-in resembled some kind of policy recital i was forced to endure rules regulations and emergency exits were all discussed in detail so exciting plus my room room #1 had a broken a/c and the room service menu boasted gourmet options but they only offered tosties then i switched to room #2 only to find the bathroom door refused to shut talk about awkward moments
